SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Currently Mickys Craft House can only ship to New Zealand postal addresses. Please contact us if you want to ship international.

Mickys Craft House uses standard NZ shipping companies to send items. Standard shipping will be used, and while Mickys Craft House cannot guarantee delivery times we usually see items delivered in 3-5 working days from date of shipping. Mickys Craft House reserves the right to pass on to the purchaser any additional costs of the shipping that may arise or be requested, such as Rural Delivery.

When returning an item to Mickys Craft House, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

 

EASY RETURNS

If you are not happy with an item you receive, Mickys Craft House allows 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only given AFTER the Mickys Craft House has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.

Once the Mickys Craft House receives your item or has received proof of the issue, we will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that we have received your returned item.

Mickys Craft House will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.

If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe. 

If replacement is impossible, they will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s / banks policies.
